ABOUT ME

I am a Toronto based Cinematographer with over 18 years of experience in broadcast, corporate, and  commercial filmmaking.  I have distinguished my style by taking a cinematic approach to shooting on video.  I am always on the cutting edge, pushing the bounds of technology and creativity.

I was the first person in Canada to test shoot the new Sony F3, and the footage is being used on the official Sony Blu Ray to promote the camera in North America, and also spoke at the Toronto chapter of SMPTE about DSLR shooting in spring of 2010.  I was also invited to the global launch of Canon’s new C300 digital film camera in Hollywood, have

EQUIPMENT

I have broadened the possibilities in broadcast, commercial and corporate filmmaking using the new Sony F3 digital film camera,  the Canon 5D mark II, and adapters on my Panasonic HDX 900 to use film lenses.  I also have a complete network of professional crews that help meet the demands of any type of production.

MY WORK

My work includes local and international projects shooting commercials, corporate communications, drama and documentaries, and my experience includes a wide variety of broadcast series in single and multiple camera set-ups.  This extensive variety has helped develop a high production value with an efficient system to achieve this.  Please see my client and equipment lists, demo reels or contact me for further information.
